How Can ACUPUNCTURE and CHINESE MEDICINE help busy mums unwind?  Julie Constantine reports.

Acupuncture and Chinese Medicine is an excellent way for relaxation and general well being, you don’t have to be unwell to have a treatment.
These days most mums are juggling work life, looking after the kids and maintaining a household and they don’t get time for themselves, does this sound familiar?
The purpose of acupuncture is to promote good health and wellbeing, no pain should be felt.

What can acupuncture treat?

Women’s health care:

  • Infertility, morning sickness, period pain, period irregularities long or short cycle.
  • Stress, emotional stress, anxiety
  • Insomnia
  • IBS, constipation_
  • Depression
  • We treat all types of pain back pain, neck and shoulders, sciatica.
  • Cold and flu

We treat all allergies, spring is approaching now is the time to treat hay fever, sinusitis, itchy eyes, and rhinitis before they get worse.

And for Babies?

I also treat paediatric illness like asthma, bowel problems, vomiting, and anxiety to name a few conditions.
